We replace upon approval, damaged and cracked boards that do not pass our inspection. All boards and imperfections, such as knots and grooves, may continue to show. Our goal is not to give a plastic or un-natural finished look. Our Furniture Finish option fills cracks and nails, but it is possible, due to temperature changes and time, that these fillers may settle a touch. Some decks and porches, due to structural issues prior to our work being done, may have areas that will not be perfectly level, straight or square. We do attempt to work with these challenges as best as possible.

Warranty:
We provide an industry leading up to 5-year guarantee on our Turtle Deck® finish which includes 1 year of coverage against peeling, blistering (from natural wear) or 5 years for excessive color fade up to 20%. Warranty is limited to the specific area (board) affected.
